It baffles me why people insist on drowning a day of love celebration with their negative musings of commercialisation. I agree that 'everyday should be Valentines Day'. But it aint. So let those who wish to bask in this dedicated ode to love's finery do so with uninterrupted romancing. Let us gush...just because. xmuseandskipx
There is nothing that describes when u think u have found that person that gets you. That just laughs when ur grumpy or knows when to cuddle you just because u needed it. I think finding love in any form romantic, friendship or sexual is worth celebrating anyday. The commercialise starts for valentines day after new years along with Easter eggs. Shouldn't have to buy crap to celebrate love
ReplyDeleteOh I totally agree! Whatever you make of Valentines Day, love is grand and for me, can be expressed in the simplest of words and actions. Everyday. I am not one to buy Valentine gifts for the sake of, and nor will I request my one-love to fuss. Just think those who wish to explore the day with grand gesture should do just that :)
